ISA Changes

Due to the changes to the ISA rules on 6th April, we have added four new products to our CCD main database
 

The ‘Cash ISA’ and ‘Stocks and Shares ISA’, will be available as Product types under the Investment and Savings areas.

Please download these two files
(Right click on the link and select 'Save target as')

and then follow the 3 simple steps detailed in the "Importing the new ISA products" guide to add the new products into your CCD system.

Once you have done this, please then ensure all users of CCD run the Quay Software Updater
(Start > All Programs > Quay Software Solutions > Quay Software Updater) to get the latest contract enquiry files.

Once you have done this, please close any instance of Contract Enquiry (small blue CE icon in the task bar), close CCD then re-open, you will now be able to process electronic valuations for the new products.

Clerical Medical

Clerical Medical contract enquiries are now working again, you will first have to run the Quay Software Updater (Start > All Programs > Quay Software Solutions > Quay Software Updater) before you can use them again
