Staff news at Quay
Who they are and what they do
Steph Parker joined
Quay in August as a User Support Consultant.
Steph has worked within the Financial
Services Industry, specialising in
the mortgage area. Steph is already
proving to be a key member of the
Support team.
Adrienne Jones has
worked for Quay in various temporary
roles over the past year and we are
now pleased to say has joined Quay
in the permanent role of Client Care
Consultant. Adrienne has many years
of customer services experience within
the banking and law industry.
Mark Turner joined
Quay in June as Training Co-ordinator
and has also worked with us in a temporary
position within the Support Installation
team. Mark has many years experience
in various customer facing roles,
including 12 years as an IT Trainer.
Lee Milham joined
Quay over 8 years ago as a member
of the Support team and has worked
within the Development team and as
the Customer Support Manager. Lee
has now accepted the role of Test
Manager and will be working closely
with the Development team to improve
and expand our Testing strategies.
Lee previously worked for a number
of years in the Financial Services
Industry.
Dave Witchalls is
our new Customer Support Manager.
Dave joined Quay in January this year,
working within the Technical Support
team. He has vast experience in the
IT sector, previously working on high
profile projects for Fujitsu Services.
He brings a wealth of experience in
both technical issues and customer
