Customer Satisfaction Survey

Many thanks to everyone that completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey at the end of last year

  • Comparing the results to our survey issued at the end of 2006, your responses indicate a significant improvement in the areas of:
  • Support (Speed of response, Progress updates and Quality of response)
  • The extent to which CCD supports your business processes
  • Our handling of your sales, accounts and invoice queries
  • The quality of our website
  • The quality of our training.

Naturally there is always room for improvement and based on your feedback we have agreed some key focus areas for improvement, in particular but not limited to; Communication (including CCD release documentation), Support and Training. Already we have:

  • Issued our Customer Information Guide, to help us work together more efficiently and explain what you can expect from us
  • Completed some recruitment of additional support and published Support Service Levels (within our Customer Information Guide)
  • Improved our responsiveness to your support calls, by implementing call acknowledgement with reference numbers and immediate responses to calls where possible.

Over the coming months further improvements will continue to be rolled out and we will keep you posted about these through this Newsletter.

Your ongoing feedback is essential to making sure we focus our improvement programmes in the right areas, so please support us by completing the surveys.

If you have any questions about the survey or would like to submit further feedback, please send an email to:

Did you know?

CCD can now aid you with completion of your FSA RMAR reports*

All holdings can be labelled as to which category they fall into under FSA rules i.e. An Individual Savings Account is classed as a Regulated, Retail Investment.

You can even take things one stage further by labelling your commission expectations and collating the type of income your firm is generating.

Entering the information into CCD

To see how products have been labelled, visit the Set up of CCD followed by Products, select your chosen product and click into it. You will now see a new FSA Reporting tab with details of how this product has been categorised.

So by simply inputting your new business into the Holdings section of CCD in the normal manner your FSA data will automatically be collated.*

When entering your Commission expectatio there is one additional step you must take to ‘label’ your commission. Go into your holding and select the Commissions section on the left hand side. Now state the type of initial commission. Use the Add commission item at the top right of your screen and create your new commission transaction. Having entered the amount of your commission, go to the Notes tab and at the bottom you will need to select the income type, i.e. Commission, Fees or Other. The FSA Activity category and Regulated/Non regulated fields are pre-populated from the Holding set up area.

Producing reports for your RMAR**

To extract this information for the type of business you have sold, go to the Compliance section and select the Reports option, followed by Regulatory. You are now able to select your required date range to produce the report “Source of Business”. Additional reports to assist with RMAR completion can also be found in this area.

*This functionality is only available in version 3.3 or above.

**The Compliance Module has an additional associated cost. If you are interested in finding out the cost of this module or other functionality that it includes please contact our sales team on 01279 756 080 for assistance.
