We would like to say a big thank you to the many of you who responded to our Customer Satisfaction Survey sent out last month.

We will be collating the results in the coming month and will publish the actions we are taking in response to this survey in future editions of the Quay Monthly Newsletter.

Great Ormond Street Hospital


This Christmas letter brings you Capita's best wishes for the festive period, a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Capita will, as usual, make a direct donation to a charity rather than send Christmas cards to our clients, associates, partners and friends. This year we have decided to make this donation to Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, a close second in our recent staff vote for our new corporate charity.

Great Ormond Street Hospital is the UK’s leading and best loved children’s hospital and receives more than 140,000 visits from patients every year, from children all over the world. For many children, Great Ormond Street Hospital is their last hope.

These children benefit from world class expertise and specialised care. And the charity helps to make the hospital special, by providing an environment appropriate for a world class medical centre.

We feel that giving directly, rather than through charity cards, is the most effective way of supporting a worthwhile cause at Christmas.

Our office will be open during the Christmas period as follows:

17th – 21st December - normal opening hours 9.00 -17.30pm
24th – 26th December - Office Closed
27th - 28th December - normal opening hours 9.00 -17.30pm
31st December - normal opening hours 9.00 -17.30pm
1st January - Office Closed
2nd January - normal opening hours 9.00 -17.30pm
