Did you know...

Client Care Desktop (CCD) enables you to electronically receive commission statements (EDI Commissions) that will help streamline your commission reconciliation process. Customer Satisfaction Survey

Many thanks to everyone that completed the Customer Satisfaction Survey at the end of last year.

The response was excellent and we have now analysed the feedback and agreed some key focus areas for improvement, in particular but not limited to; Communication, Support and Training. Already we have:

  • Modified our telephone numbers and call routing to help ensure you get to the department you need as quickly as possible (see Who do I contact at Quay?)

  • Re-organised our Support Team and completed some recruitment of additional support and implementation staff, with more to come.

  • Improved our responsiveness to your support calls.

  • Enhanced our management information system to improve the management of your accounts and all related communication including support.

  • Started cleansing of our client database to improve the accuracy of the information we hold about you and your users.

  • Re-designed our training courses and introduced consultancy services to help your business get the most out of our products (see training services).
 


Over the coming months further improvements will continue to be rolled out and we will keep you posted about these through this newsletter.

Later in the year we will be running another survey to see if the actions we are taking are delivering the improvements you require. Your ongoing feedback is essential to making sure we focus our improvement programmes in the right areas, so please support us by completing the surveys. Also, in between surveys please contact myself or Sharon if you have any feedback you think we should have.
