Client Care Desktop new release v3.3.3

We would like to announce that the new version of the Client Care Desktop v3.3.3 is now available and we will be commencing the roll out of this during July.

Great new features include:

• Integration with Synaptic Clarity
• Webline integration extended to all staff
• Solution Builder integration with Assureweb
• New document management integration with Cabi.NET
• Contract Enquiry new providers… Legal & General, Norwich Union and Zurich

Once we have received your request, we will send you an Upgrade Document which will explain how you need to prepare for the upgrade. You will also receive our Features and Modifications Document, which details the features and modifications in the new release.

To ensure a smooth transition and that we maintain our level of support to you, the new release will be gradually rolled out over the coming months.
