Training Services

This section details each of the training services we offer and what you should expect. It is designed to give you a broad understanding of the services we offer before you contact the team to discuss your options.

Our Training Courses have been designed so that relevant areas of the system are trained together so that you or your team can build their knowledge of the applications of the software in a structured manner. Following the full syllabus we provide will ensure a deep understanding of the functionality of CCD. We recommend that the Project Team or Project Manager from your company comes on all the relevant training courses so that they have a strong understanding of the system and what it will do overall. Users of the software only need to be trained on the areas that they will use.

Training Deployment

There are a number of ways that we are able to deploy your training:

• classroom training day (public, training centres in Bishops Stortford and Coventry)
  £200 per delegate attending
  
  
• classroom training day (private, training centres in Bishops Stortford and Coventry)
  £750 for up to 8 delegates
  
  
• classroom training day (private, your offices)
  £750 (plus disbursements) for up to 8 delegates
  
  
• Online (individual sessions or entire training courses broken down in bite size chunks)
  £150 per session / £300 per double session

Session Planning

Each day long course (whether conducted in your offices or in one of our training centres) consists of 4 sessions; each session is 1 hour 15 minutes in duration:
