Train the Trainer - 10 day course

There are many businesses that prefer to run their own in house training sessions as it enables them to keep control of this to provide ‘top-up’ training as and when it is required without having to pay for more sessions.

There are two important factors with training:

• Understanding the subject
• Possessing the required soft skills to be an effective trainer

This is a 10 day course (run over a one month period). The first 4 days are soft skills training days. The last 6 days are spent understanding the scope of the system and understanding some of the things it is important to explain to delegates when training the various areas of the system.
