By the end of this session delegates will be able to understand how to use the document management software to attach electronic documents to a client file or holding, be able to retrieve documents effectively and be able to scan, save and retrieve scanned images against client files. This training is mandatory for all companies that have purchased Document Management.

A pre-requisite on this course is attendance on Getting Started.

		Adviser Desktop - Single Session


		Adviser Desktop - Single Session

By the end of this session delegates will be able to understand how to synchronise their Adviser Desktop database with the main database and be able to understand the main functionality of Adviser Desktop and how it will help them as they are advising clients. This training is mandatory for all companies that have purchased Adviser Desktop.

A pre-requisite on this course is attendance on Getting Started.

Session 1

Synchronising CCD & Adviser Desktop

1) You will be fully aware of Adviser Desktop’s capability and how to configure CCD, Adviser Desktop and your Quay Messenger account, to insure synchronisation can take place by way of working with your Trainer.

2) You will be able to receive flag and send both your client files and CCD set up files, by way of practical demonstration by your Trainer.


		SIPPS - Single Session


		SIPPS - Single Session

By the end of this session delegates will be able to add a SIPP record onto the database, be able to update the information correctly and produce standard SIPP valuation reports.

A pre-requisite on this course is attendance on Getting Started.

		Group Schemes - Single Session


		Group Schemes - Single Session

By the end of this session delegates will be able to add a group scheme to the system manually and using the import facilities, including adding members and scheduling commission. They will be able to run standard reports for the scheme and update the scheme with new information (for example salary increases). This training is mandatory for all companies that have purchased the Corporate Module, however you do not need to attend an online session if you have taken the Group Schemes training day.

A pre-requisite on this course is attendance on Getting Started.

Group Schemes

1) You be able to load on a group scheme manually and using the import wizard.

2) You will be able to update group schemes manually and using the group schemes wizard

3) You will be able to run reports about the group scheme

Please note that it is possible to take any of the sessions within the standard training days as standalone online sessions (provided that you have taken the appropriate pre-requisite training).
