You will be able to understand how to use the document management software to attach electronic documents to a client file or holding, be able to retrieve documents effectively and be able to scan, save and retrieve scanned images against client files, by way of working with your Trainer.

1) You will be fully aware of Adviser Desktop’s capability and how to configure CCD, Adviser Desktop and your Quay Messenger account, to insure synchronisation can take place by way of working with your Trainer.

2) You will be able to receive flag and send both your client files and CCD set up files, by way of practical demonstration by your Trainer.

You will be able to add, amend and report on SIPPS.

1) You be able to load on a group scheme manually and using the import wizard.

2) You will be able to update group schemes manually and using the group schemes wizard

3) You will be able to run reports about the group scheme
