Helpdesk
The helpdesk is manned by our staff and all have grounding
in Financial Services and a strong technical ability. Our
objective is to answer your queries quickly and accurately
to ensure that you are up and running with the minimum of
down time. However, it is worth noting that the helpdesk is
no substitute for proper training.
The support line is open between
the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding
