Our measure of success is your satisfaction with the products and services that you enjoy from Quay Software. Our whole business strategy depends on active client referral from you and our affinity partners. As well as creating highly relevant solutions that meet your exacting requirements, we also actively support your use of our products.

We offer two levels of client support;

  • The helpdesk

  • Training

The help desk is manned by our staff and all have grounding in Financial Services and a strong technical ability. Our objective is to answer your queries quickly and accurately to ensure that you are up and running with the minimum of down time. However, it is worth noting that the help desk is no substitute for proper training.

The support line is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) and can be contacted either by phone on 01279 756 061 or email; support@quaysoftware.co.uk.

Help desk staff can also dial into your systems
