Data validation

Validation rules set when the application is created in Enforms, ensure that information entered into the application is complete, correct and in the desired form.

A suite of ready made calculators, such as height and weight converters are provided as part of Enforms builder.

Pre-population of forms

Enforms supports the pre-population of data into product applications.

This may be client information within a back office administration system or information entered into a quotes engine prior to an application being completed. This takes away the need for repetition of data entry, making the application filling process easier and much faster, avoiding the opportunity for keying error.

Intelligent form navigation

The Enforms interactive forms contain navigation rules that ensure that only questions appropriate for the applicant are asked.

For example medical questions for underwriting purposes are often lengthy and detailed and make a form look daunting. With EnForms only the questions that need answering are presented to the applicant. Forms are built dynamically on-screen.

This all contributes to simplified form filling for the applicant whilst ensuring the provider receives the data that they require.
