This solution is ideal for any business that runs a branch system or has remote workers that need access to the client data held on the company's database.

Client Care Desktop Corporate-Wide has been optimised to run via the Internet and operates incredibly quickly, even if the user accesses the database via a 56K modem connection.

Corporate-Wide can sit on your own IT infrastructure or can be delivered to you as a hosted service.

Certainly for smaller firms, a hosted service is attractive as it can avoid not only the need to purchase and install your own IT infrastructure but also removes the responsibility for maintenance of the file servers and other essential equipment. Using the hosted service, the system sits remotely from your Local Area Network (LAN). You have no worries about data security either as the system is continually backed up.

A hosted service, unlike centrally served ASP solutions, gives you the security of having your own separate client database. This means that if at any time in the future you want to take your system in-house, you can do so easily and without any data transfer issues. Quit simply, it is a question of moving your client database files from a hosted server to your own.
