The Corporate version of CCD is for the medium to large business that needs to share client information with its many staff in real time. The system's functionality spans the needs of sales, administration, accounts and compliance personnel and, at last, Client Care Desktop represents a solution that enables the entire business to manage it's data in one system and in real time. The system has been designed to support between 1 to 250 concurrent users.

The system runs on a dedicated database server and users connect to it across a Local Area Network (LAN).

The system is blisteringly fast and, as well as offering the core functionality of CCD, the IT administrator has access to a suite of system administration tools to help manage and optimise the network traffic.

Note: our policy of charging only for concurrent use means that you can equip all of your staff with the software but pay only for the total number that will access the system at any one time. Hence, the system offers scaleability to meet the needs of the largest national firms.
