Integrated tools

The Client Care Desktop integrates with a range of data feeds, Product Provider systems and software applications. Each integrated tool represents the "best of breed". Each is designed to meet the needs of a particular part of the overall business process and together the tools combine to support the entire business process of financial advisers, mortgage brokers, employee benefit consultants and commercial lines brokers.

The term "Integration" means enabling information that has been entered into Client Care Desktop to be re-used, avoiding repeated data entry, saving time and removing the opportunity for error.
