Managing group schemes is both demanding,
time consuming and often involves the faithful replication
of data from paper to computer system in order to create analysis
and reports for corporate clients and for scheme members.
However, using the Client Care Desktop group scheme plug-in,
data can be passed electronically between the Product Provider,
Employer and Scheme administrator.
The system imports and exports data in a universally acceptable
(spreadsheet) format and group scheme data can be used to
populate data within the system from scratch as well as being
used to manage scheme reviews.
The scheme review wizard automatically updates leavers, joiners
and salary reviews, calculates new benefits and even calculates
and posts renewal and initial commissions.
Using the group scheme data import wizard not only cuts out
manual data entry but also cuts out the opportunity for error.
The
group scheme setup and update wizard enables information
to be exchanged with Providers and Scheme Administrators
electronically using a Spreadsheet.
