The Knowledge Base is our most comprehensive on-line
information resource with articles covering all functionality within
Client Care Desktop.
The Knowledge Base provides the quickest way to access information,
training materials and updates.
The Knowledge Base provides text, pictures and animated walk-throughs
to teach you all you need to know about a specific task or even
just to familiarise yourself with the system.
We keep the Knowledge Base up-to-date and are constantly adding
new features and information to allow you to help your self.
Access to the Knowledge Base is via your internet browser and is
available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

The Quay Software Extranet offers secure access
to information regarding your company and user profile, your software
licenses as well as information, news and hints and tips on the
use of the Client Care Desktop and other products within the Quay
Business Suite.

To gain access to the extranet, you need to have a User name and
a Password and these can be obtained by your System Administrator
from the Quay Software support team.
