Single user and Workgroup installations typically require no assistance
in order to install the software. The Client Care Desktop software
is delivered on CD and the system's installation wizard is easy
to follow. Our support team are on-hand to answer any installation
queries and can gain remote access to you system to troubleshoot
if necessary.
Corporate and Corporate-Wide installations require server installation
and configuration and are more involved. Installation generally
requires a day for both the server and workstations and your IT
staff can be trained to add new workstations as and when needed.

Data
transfer is a critical part of most implementations. We have
current experience of most commercially available packages and offer
a two step conversion process to ensure that users have the time
to properly evaluate the converted data before going live .
