Pensions Profiler – Pensions Research & Justification
Software
Pensions Profiler is a comprehensive best advice systems used by
2500+ advisers and product providers. The integral Switching module
produces reports for transfers between old style Section 226 (RAC)/PPP
plans and new SHP contracts. It was described in Money Marketing
as a “licence to print money”. There is an initial fee
of £100.00 + VAT and a monthly rental of £45.00 + VAT.
An enhanced version of the software is available to advisers involved
in the GPP, SIPP or WRAP market. The Professional version of Pensions
Profiler allows you create your own custom products within the system
and compare these against other products available. There is an
initial fee of £200.00 + VAT and a monthly rental of £75.00
+ VAT. Users of the standard version are able to upgrade at an initial
fee of £100.00 + VAT and a monthly rental of £75.00
+ VAT.
Should you subscribe to either of the above products, O&M offer
a free training session at our Colchester office. It should be noted
that you are not tied to a minimum term contract.
Transfer Adviser – Regulated Occupational Transfer
Referral Service (Non G60 Advisers)
Transfer Adviser is regulated service, offered to those advisers
who for what ever reason, choose not to deal with occupational transfers.
O&M will take full control and responsibility for the advice
given; therefore negating you of any PI risk. Should a transfer
be the recommended course of action, you will receive up to 55%
of the commission for simply referring the client.
O&M’s Terms & Conditions of Business does include
a “no-cross sell” agreement, so you can be confident
that your clients will not be “poached” for additional
business and the relationship will remain strictly on the basis
it was originally intended.
Transvas Profiler – TVAS Report Production Software
(G60 Advisers Only)
Transvas Profiler is a software package designed to produce comprehensive,
compliant TVAS reports. The software is aimed at advisers that want
to control the production of reports and are happy to deal with
the scheme trustees.
The software has an initial fee of £250.00 + VAT with a monthly
rental starting at £85.00 + VAT per month depending on the
package purchased. O&M has recognised the different needs of
advisers and has designed a number of pricing structures to suit
every requirement level.
Training for the system is mandatory and the cost of this is included
within the initial fee.
Transfer Bureau – TVAS Report Production Service
(G60 Advisers Only)
For those who prefer to outsource all dealings with the scheme
trustees, O&M offers a TVAS report production service on an
ad-hoc basis. O&M will gather all the necessary data and produce
a comprehensive, compliant report. The service costs £115.00
+ VAT per report with subsequent re-runs within 6 months at £20.00
+ VAT.
Whilst the standard service suits the majority of transfer situations,
O&M offer a Platinum service to deal with certain circumstances,
such as:
- Where the client is seriously ill and urgent consideration of
the death benefits from the ceding scheme is required.
- Where the case is urgent due to client timescales.
- Where the increased fee is of no concern to a high net worth
client.
- Where a transfer has already been recommended and an independent
report is required to “tidy” the file.
- Pension sharing/divorce cases.
