Mortgage Promotions is a mortgage club for all Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulated mortgage advisers, including independent financial advisers, tied agents, mortgage brokers, accountants, estate agents and solicitors. Our role is to promote regulated mortgage advisers to lenders and other product providers. By so doing we aim to increase the income of our registered users.

The philosophies of Mortgage Promotions are built on independence and choice. This means that registered firms retain their own FSA registration, retain responsibility for the advice to the client and most importantly retain the ownership of the client. Choice is delivered to registered users because each user chooses which of the products and services they use and how often they use them.

Being a registered user of Mortgage Promotions does not interfere with the use of other mortgage clubs. Our registered users retain their existing membership of networks, clubs and other groupings.

The majority of products are accessed by simply affixing a registered user sticker on the relevant lenders application form and sending it directly to the lender or product provider.

The executive directors of Mortgage Promotions have extensive experience in running a mortgage panel having organised and managed the lending panel for the members of an IFA trade group since 1993.

Additionally, there is currently no joining fee or annual registration fee.
