Commission Data Capture

Sophisticated automated commission reconciliation software like Quay Software’s can only be used when the data is available. Not all Providers can deliver EDI commission data and despite industry initiatives, the legacy of Providers IT systems and the shortage of specialist EDI skills will mean that paper commission statements are likely to be with us for a while yet.

Solution

IFA Dataflow has developed a service independent of Providers that can extract the required data fields from paper commission statements into an electronic file. Once in an electronic form the data can be used to import into CCD to utilise the enhanced software functionality.

Complementing EDI downloads this service allows the IFA to move to a completely electronic system for commission downloads and to eliminate manual re-keying of data entirely.
