Training Consultant
You are an excellent Trainer able to deliver very effective training in a formal and structured manner. You have knowledge of Training processes and deployment methods. You have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Training & Consultancy Manager
You are an excellent Trainer able to deliver very effective training in a formal and structured manner. You have knowledge of Training processes and deployment methods, as well as a good understanding of Consultancy delivery. You have a strong knowledge of Financial Services and IFA business processes. You are a strong team leader with the business acumen to grow and build our Training and Consultancy services.

.net Developer (x2)
You have at least 3 years experience of developing commercial applications using .NET, C#, Winforms, ADO.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, SOAs. You will have a strong background in OOP and design patterns. You will have excellent analysis skills and be well organised.

Corporate Services FileMaker Developer
You have knowledge of IFA business processes. You are excellent at relationship management and requirements gathering. You have a technical understanding of computer networks, systems and servers, as well as software, database design and GUI skills.

User Support Consultant
You have strong knowledge of Financial Services and IFA business processes, previous experience with a Financial Adviser or Life office would be ideal. You have excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong customer service and quality focus. You have a patient and empathetic telephone manner and are committed to maintaining and improving customer service standards.

Technical Support Consultant
You will have knowledge of PC set up and installation, thin client technology (TS/Citrix) and general networking. You have a good understanding of databases and excellent problem solving skills. You are committed to maintaining and improving customer service standards. You have a patient and empathetic telephone manner and would be able to explain technical operations in layman’s terms.

IT Support Technician
You will have a good understanding of PC hardware- knowledge of components, upgrading and troubleshooting (workstations and laptops), networking- knowledge of cat.5 technologies (cabling/patching, switches and troubleshooting). Understanding of the Internet – knowledge of TCP/IP (addressing, DHCP, basics of routing, basics of security). You will have a good understanding of the main applications of Microsoft Office and how to troubleshoot them. You will have a patient and empathetic telephone manner and be committed to maintaining and improving customer service standards.

Software Test Analyst
You have knowledge of Financial Services and/or IFA business purposes. You have experience of regression, functional, integration, system, solution, load and performance testing of high volume commercial software. You are well organised with a high level of attention to detail.

Accounts Assistant/ Administrator
You have a high degree of computer literacy to include a good understanding of Microsoft Office. You have a basic understanding of SAP. You have a good ability to work well and methodically in a demanding environment. You place a focus on excellent customer service.

Client Care Consultant
You have strong knowledge of Financial Services and IFA business processes, previous experience with a Financial Adviser or Life Office would be ideal. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and a patient and empathetic telephone manner. You are committed to maintaining and improving customer service standards.
